Uma levada de guimbre junto com um trecho de Dikhr, ritual
da tradição Sufi Issawa do Marrocos, foi a base desse tema.
Durante a gravação senti mais ainda como esse ritmo tem
semelhanças com o Ijexá Afro-brasileiro. Em Casablanca
gravei com o guitarrista Amine Mellal que deu um clima jazz;
no Brasil gravei o naipe de sopros, que é uma característica do
meu trabalho e os agogôs para dar o acento Ijexá na música.

Une prise de guimbre le long d’un extrait de Dikhr, rituel de la
tradition Sufi Issawa du Maroc, a été la base de ce thème. Pendant
l’enregistrement j’ai apperçu encore plus comment ce rythme a des
similitudes avec le Ijexá afro-brésilien. A Casablanca j’ai enregistré
avec le guitariste Amine Mellal, qui a apporté un climat de jazz; au
Brésil j’ai enregistré les instruments à vent, une caractéristique de mon
travail, et les agogôs à fin de donner à la musique l’accent du Ijexá.

A load of Guimbre together with a part of Dikhr, a traditional ritual
of Sufi Issawa from Morocco was the basis of this track. During the
recording I felt how this rhythm has similarities to Afro-Brazilian Ijexá.
In Casablanca I recorded electric guitarist Amine Mellal who gave
the track a strong jazz feel. In Brazil I recorded the horns, which is
characteristic of my work and agogos to give a feel of Ijexá in the track.
