Um “Desert semi-aride blues” surgiu no guimbre, Amine gravou
um Bendir, Mehdi gravou a Aouicha, que é um guimbre agudo
e cumpre a mesma função no ritual Gnawa. No Brasil gravei
palmas e triângulo dando um elemento brasileiro e o naipe de
sopros trouxe mais azul a esse Sama (céu).

Un “Desert semi-aride blues” est paru au guimbre, Amine a enregistré
un Bendir, Mehdi a enregistré Aouicha, qui est um guimbre aigu et
remplit la même fonction dans le rituel Gnawa. Au Brésil j’ai enregistré
des paumes des mains et triangle donnant un élément brésilien et des
instruments à vent ont apporté plus de bleu à ce Sama (Ciel).

A desert blues that starts with Guimbre, Amine playing Bendir, and
Mehdi playing Aouicha - which is a type of Guimbre that has a similar
function in Gnawa rituals. In Brasil I recorded hand claps and triangle
to give the track a Brazilian element, and the sound of the horns bring
a blue feel.
